Successful blogger/writer Kim Woodward leads “Blogging for Writers” workshop at MWC Saturday, Oct. 10th

Successful writer and blogger Kim Woodward will be leading a Blogging for Writers workshop on October 10th at the Midwest Writing Center from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Woodward, who writes at the blog NewlyWoodwards.com, started the site in 2008 and now gets more than 125,000 page views each month.

In this workshop, Kim Woodward will share her best tips to make blogging fun, simple and even profitable. This will include:

– How (and why) to start a blog.
– Best practices in blogging.
– Ways to increase readership and connect with other bloggers.
– Options to make an income from blogging.

Cost of registration for this workshop opportunity is $15 for MWC members, $20 for non-members. Scholarships are available for students—contact MWC for more information.
