MWC received a grant from the Illinois Arts Council Agency to hire a high school intern for the summer. Internship is 8-weeks long, starting the second week of June. Student intern must be a resident of Illinois.
Intern will be working on a variety of programs and projects, including the DRC Writers’ Conference, YEW Middle School Camp, and Children’s Literature Festival. Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, audio/video recording and editing, web design, and graphic design is a plus. Pay is $12/hr for up to 20 hours/week between June 1st and August 31st.
