Midwest Writing Center Offers Free Young Writers Studio Starts Saturday, January 9th

 

The Midwest Writing Center will start a new program for young writers at the Bucktown Center for the Arts on Saturday, January 9, 2016. The Young Writers Studio is a new casual writing workshop/critique group for young writers in and around the Quad City area.

Young Writers Studio _ Spring 2016 Flier _ Jan-AprWriters, approximate ages 15-19, are welcome to come and share their work (poetry, stories, essays, plays, or any other kind of writing they are pursuing) with the group and receive constructive feedback, or they are welcome to listen and join the discussion.

The Young Writers Studio will meet twice monthly, on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month through April.

February 13th and 27th
March 12th and 26th
April 9th and 23rd

The Young Writers Studio is free and open to the public. Pre-registration is not required.
