Celebrate Banned Books week at the downtown Rock Island Public Library on Wednesday, September 27th.

Local writers, artists, librarians, educators, and others will be reading selections from their favorite banned or challenged books. Full list of readers TBA.

Doors at 5:30 p.m. Readings start at 6:00 p.m.

This event is free and open to the public.
