Workshops are our specialty. We regularly offer a variety of workshops on lots of different topics (see photos below for past offerings). • Writer’s Studio – Critique group held monthly the 1st and 3rd Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.. FREE.
• USA VETS Writer’s Studio – Workshop and feedback group for all past and present military personnel held monthly the 1st Thursday from 1 to 3 p.m. FREE
• Pen In Hand Mini Writing Conferences – Day long conference usually held in March and October each year. Member discounts offered.
• YEW Open Workshop – For teens age 15 to 19 held the first Tuesday of March, April, May, September, October, and November from 6 to 8 p.m. FREE.
• David R. Collins Writers’ Conference – Three day conference held annually in late June. Member and early-bird discounts offered as well as critiques and pitch sessions. Free faculty reading and evening workshop.
